By registering, checking in or playing, competitors agree to the published global rules, the game rules, event-specific settings and written staff instructions. Rules are versioned at registration. Material changes after roster lock require a visible notice.
Players must use their own game and Discord accounts, provide accurate platform and region information, and compete only on verified rosters. Account sharing, identity substitution and hidden alternate accounts are prohibited.
Upload only match-relevant screenshots, replays or recordings. Never include passwords, addresses, private messages unrelated to the case, financial information or other sensitive personal data. Evidence is restricted to participants and authorized Arena staff.
Uploaded match evidence is retained for the period shown in Arena launch controls, normally 90 days, then becomes eligible for deletion. Audit records, final scores, rulings and rating history may be retained longer to preserve competitive integrity.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, cheating, macros, unauthorized automation, input spoofing, intentional exploitation and falsified evidence are prohibited. Publisher anti-cheat and platform rules always apply.
Staff may pause or void a match, order a replay, award a map or match, adjust standings, disqualify a roster or issue a suspension. One appeal is available for new evidence or a specific rules error. The reviewed ruling is final.
AHG Arena may pause registration, rated play or the entire competition service for maintenance, safety or integrity reasons. Pre-season records may be reset before official deployment and are not guaranteed to carry into rated seasons.
