RULEBOOK // ARENA OPERATIONS

COMPETITION RULES

The standard below governs every AHG Arena competition. Each game page explains its mode, scoring, setup and map rules; each event page freezes the exact configuration used for that event.

PLAYER QUICK START

BE MATCH-READY IN FIVE STEPS

  1. 1 Sign in with Discord and join or create the correct game roster.
  2. 2 Read the game page, then read the exact event rules before registering.
  3. 3 Check in on time and open the assigned matchroom.
  4. 4 Confirm lineup, settings, maps and evidence before starting.
  5. 5 Report the result; confirm it if correct or dispute it with evidence.
01 // POLICY

ELIGIBILITY

Use one Discord identity and your own game account. Meet the game's age and regional requirements, disclose active competitive bans and keep account information accurate.

02 // POLICY

ROSTER LOCK

Only accepted roster members may register. Starters and substitutes must be confirmed before registration closes; swaps after a matchroom is generated require staff approval.

03 // POLICY

CHECK-IN

The captain must check in during the event window. A team that misses check-in may be removed before seeding so the bracket does not wait on an absent roster.

04 // POLICY

MATCHROOM RECORD

Scheduling, roster confirmations, vetoes, scores, evidence and staff instructions belong in the Arena matchroom. Private messages do not replace the official record.

05 // POLICY

START TIME

Be ready at the posted time. If an opponent is missing, document it and contact staff; do not claim a win or leave until staff rules on the no-show.

06 // POLICY

SETUP + VETO

Use the game page and event page for platform, region, mode, patch, map pool, veto order, lobby settings and server details. Resolve mismatches before starting.

07 // POLICY

SPORTSMANSHIP

No harassment, hate speech, threats, stream sniping, collusion, intentional feeding, match manipulation or attempts to gain private competitive information.

08 // POLICY

ANTI-CHEAT

Publisher and platform anti-cheat requirements apply. Macros, unauthorized software, account sharing, input spoofing and deliberate exploitation are prohibited.

09 // POLICY

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Pause only where the game permits. Capture errors immediately. Rehosts depend on the game state, completed rounds and available evidence, and require staff approval unless the game-specific rules say otherwise.

10 // POLICY

RESULT REPORTING

A captain submits the complete score and required evidence. The opposing captain must confirm a correct result or open a dispute with a specific requested remedy.

11 // POLICY

DISPUTES

Open disputes promptly from the matchroom. Include what happened, when it happened, the rule involved and unedited evidence. Continue only when staff instructs you to.

12 // POLICY

STAFF RULINGS

Arena staff may confirm or reverse results, order a replay, award a map or match forfeit, remove a team, adjust standings or suspend accounts. Every action is recorded.

13 // POLICY

PRIVACY + EVIDENCE

Never publish private personal information. Submit only relevant evidence. AHG may retain match evidence and staff notes for operations, appeals and repeat-offense review.

14 // POLICY

APPEALS

A captain may request one review when new evidence or a clear rule misapplication exists. Disagreement alone is not an appeal, and the reviewed ruling is final.

Operational patterns are adapted from established tournament systems such as FACEIT—verified rosters, check-in, matchroom records, defined vetoes, evidence-based disputes and staff-administered forfeits—while remaining specific to AHG Arena.
